Degree in Economics at Università Commerciale L. Bocconi in 2003. From 2003 until 2005 I’ve worked in KPMG S.p.A. as an auditor for listed companies (both Italian and foreign).
From 2005 until 2007 I’ve worked in the Forensic Services department of KPMG Audit S.p.A.. During my years in KPMG Forensic department I’ve gained experience as Technical Consultant for Public Prosecutors and Tribunals. In the meantime during the years in KPMG, while conducting investigations for private companies, I’ve also gained experience in other fields such as management and protection of intellectual properties (royalty audit and license management) and quantification of the financial impact of frauds.
From 2007 until 2010 I’ve worked in the Dispute Advisory & Forensic department of Deloitte Financial Advisory Service S.p.A.. In Deloitte I’ve worked on engagements focused companies crisis and specific operations analysis. Such projects were carried out in order to support companies in evaluating corporate responsibilities against Administrators and Auditors. At the same time I took care of engagements empowered by Extraordinary Commissioners and trustees in bankruptcy.
In the meantime I’ve gained experience as a Technical Consultants in the course of trials alleging crimes of usury and infringement of Italian decree 231/01. My years in Deloitte let me acquaint with engagements as Technical Consultants in civil and penal proceedings and also in arbitrations.
